About MAN v FAT Football

MvF Aldershot is part of the nationwide MAN v FAT Football programme, helping men improve their health through football, support, accountability, and community. Players score points not only through goals on the pitch, but also through weight loss progress each week.

Sessions take place weekly at Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre, bringing together men of all abilities in a supportive and motivating environment.
